WE COLLECT THE DATA WE NEED TO SERVE YOU.

During the normal course of our business we may collect or receive data and data sets that contain personally identified and personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) and other confidential or protected data (“data”). Personal Data includes data such as social security numbers and a combination of other data such as name, address, birth date, address, license or state issued identification card number, and credit card or other payment information that could be used to identify an individual. Specifically, we collect data needed to process payments, provide location and behavior services using mobile devices, usage data, email, and other correspondence and messages we receive.

We analyze data in order to create valuable information that we use to serve you. We work with different types of data, for many different organizations and individuals, and we use the data needed to provide the services you request.

WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH YOUR CONSENT.

We will not disclose or sell Personal Data to third parties without consent. We sometimes work with third party subcontractors and vendors to whom we provide the data they need to perform their functions. We do not authorize these parties to use the data for any other purpose. When appropriate, we ensure that these third parties use the data for the purpose intended and according to our privacy policy.

WE PROTECT YOUR DATA.

Analyze takes precautions to protect your data, especially Personal Data. These precautions may include deletion and destruction, encryption, password protection, replacement with unique identifiers, limitation of access, and user access controls.  We also provide training to our employees to ensure your data stays safe.

WE COMPLY WITH THE LAW.

The applicable laws that we comply with include, but are not limited to, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Action (“GINA”), the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”), the Massachusetts Standards for the Protection of Personal Information of Residents in the Commonwealth (“MA Data Protection”), the European Union’s data protection Directive 95/46/EC (“EU Directive”), and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual and its equivalent legislation in nation-states other than the U.S. We also adhere to the U.S – European Union Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Switzerland Safe Harbor Framework.

APPLICATION

This privacy policy is applicable to all of the products and services provided by Analyze Corporation.

ENFORCEMENT

We are accountable to you, our customers, clients, partners, affiliates, and so forth. We are also accountable to ourselves and regularly review our privacy policy and our privacy practices.

CHANGES

We may change our privacy policy. We may also discuss and negotiate more specific privacy practices with you in order to meet your specific needs.
